Purpose

Institutional intake and engagement provisioning procedures.

Procedure

Engagements are established following institutional review, regulatory and jurisdictional assessment, and execution of a separate engagement agreement. No engagement, system access, or advisory relationship results from inquiry alone.

Standard

All engagements are subject to specific jurisdictional, contractual, and regulatory mandates. Engagement posture is determined exclusively by the platform operator at provisioning time.

Institutional inquiries are recorded below. Submission does not create an engagement, grant system access, imply eligibility, or establish any advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship. Engagement scope, posture, and access are determined by the platform operator following institutional review.
