Service Description
Finality provides governance infrastructure for delegated authority operations through deterministic constraint evaluation and procedural record capture. The system records whether execution criteria are satisfied. Execution authority remains with human operators.
Limitations
The system provides deterministic constraint evaluation and procedural record capture only within its defined scope. Finality does not assume liability for execution outcomes, does not certify compliance, and does not provide risk transfer.
